A major dashboard update: an overview home, full score history with run-to-run diffs, an issue-linked task tracker with score-gain estimates and verified-by-re-audit fixes, one-click push of tasks into Freshservice or Zendesk as tickets, and team access with Admin and Viewer roles.

The audit now supports Zendesk as well as Freshservice. Scoring is tuned per platform, so plan-gated features are handled with the right context rather than penalised.
