Do I need to pay to see my score?
No. The audit is free to run. You get your overall score, all 7 dimension scores, and the top issue per dimension at no cost. You only pay if you want the full Readiness Blueprint with the full issue list, specific fixes, and the PDF.
Can I re-run the audit after making fixes?
Yes. Each audit is stored separately in your dashboard so you can track improvement over time. Up to 20 audits are saved per account.
Is the £299 a subscription?
No. It's a one-time payment for the full Readiness Blueprint from that audit run. The free score is always free. There is no recurring charge.
Who is the MSP & Consultant plan for?
It is for consultants, MSPs, and platform partners running audits across Freshservice and Zendesk client instances. It includes unlimited client audits, the full Blueprint on every scan, client grouping, and white-label PDF output.
Can I put my own branding on client reports?
Yes. MSP accounts can add a company name, accent colour, and logo in the dashboard. Generated PDFs use that branding and keep a small Powered by Service Desk Builder footer.
What does Monthly Monitor include?
Monthly Monitor is for proving AI readiness to leadership. It includes a full Blueprint on every scan, a board-ready PDF each month, score trend evidence, dashboard history, and alerts if the overall score or any dimension drops by 10+ points.
Does the audit work on any Freshservice plan tier?
Yes. The audit works on Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. Scoring is based on configuration quality, not which features your plan includes.
Does it work on any Zendesk plan?
Yes on Support and Suite plans. Dimensions relying on plan-gated features like SLA policies are scored with that context rather than failing the whole audit.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Monthly Monitor and the MSP plan can be billed annually with two months free — Monitor is £790/year (vs £948 monthly) and MSP is £3,490/year (vs £4,188 monthly). Use the Monthly / Annual toggle above the subscription plans. Annual plans include exactly the same features as monthly.
Can my team access the dashboard?
Yes. You can invite colleagues from the Team page and switch between your personal view and your team using the organization switcher. Admins can run audits, purchase, push tickets, and change settings; Viewers can see reports, history, and tasks and update task status, but can't run audits, buy, or change settings. Seats are included free within your plan: Free and Blueprint include 3 members, Monthly Monitor includes 10, and the MSP plan is unlimited.
Is my API key stored?
No. Your API key is used only during the scan and never written to a database or log. Once the audit completes, the credentials are discarded.
